Near perfect condition, tested and working, hardly ever used. Comes with box and inserts also all in very good condition. The buttons are all nice and fresh and clicky, the screens are not scratched, it reads game cards (as shown in one of those pictures!). It also comes with a copy of Shin Megami Tensei IV downloaded. I bought this used and maybe used it like twice in the several years I've had it sitting in my basement!
Only defects worth noting are some slight scratches on the bottom and a bit of sticky adhesive on the bottom as well, shown in pictures. I did wipe it down with sterile alcohol pads too. The edges of the cardboard box are slightly worn nothing crazy but not perfect
