Vintage Antique Carved Japanese Netsuke w/ Rotating Face Okimono Asian Art

This is a lovely Japanese netsuke carved figure, also known as “okimono”
The figure is a woman carrying an ax in one hand and holding a basket on her shoulder with the other.
The face rotates to show a happy and not happy face.
There is a signature on the bottom of her foot.

I'm not sure of the material used or the age of this, but it seems old.
